About the Event

Formerly known as "Basic Pistol:" This course offers hands-on training for basic knowledge necessary to safely operate, load, and shoot a semi-automatic pistol. The Don Firearms offers this course within the classroom including 2 hours range time to provide sufficient opportunity to achieve the attitude and skills necessary for optimal success. This course meets the requirement for a Massachusetts License To Carry (LTC) as well as the standard requirements for many additional states nonresident concealed carry permits like the Rhode Island Weapons Carry Permit (WCP), Connecticut Pistol Permit (CTPP), Utah Nonresident license, Florida nonresident Conceal Carry Weapons (CCW) permit, and so many more. Students will obtain both a Massachusetts safety certificate along with a NRA certification upon completion. We shall shoot .45cal, .40cal, 9mm, and .22lr for the course qualification. Please bring snacks and a lunch to the course. We will have short breaks throughout the course.
